Ordering

To place an order, simply select an item from anywhere on this site and choose the quantity you require.  Then just click add to your shopping basket.Once you have finished shopping follow the check out procedure.

Payment with Paypal

At hairbomb we use Paypal as our payment gateway. This ensures that your card details are completely secure and you are temporarily redirected to PayPal's site to process your card payment.
You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to buy from us, instead, PayPal will ask you to fill in your credit card details in the usual manner.
If you do have a Paypal account, you can simply fill in your email and password details, and PAypal will automatically sync with your stored bank account details and use this as the payment method.

After payment has been processed, you will be redirected to Hairbomb's site where you will receive confirmation of your order.

Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to all valid UK postcodes.  We aim to dispatch orders recieved before midday the same day. Orders confirmed after this point are dispatched the next working day (unless unforseeable circumstances prevent). 
We are also aware of our environmental impact. As such, we reuse or recycle packaging whenever possible, however, we will always ensure the product reaches you in tip top condition. If your item is a gift and your would prefer it sent in brand new packaging, please let us know in the additional comments section when you order, or by contacting customer services contactus@hairbomb.com.  


Returns & Replacements

At Hairbomb we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. For this reason we make our returns policy very simple.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us in unused condition (items with seals must be unbroken) within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

Please note we are unable to refund postage costs unless the shipping error has been ours. It is always wise to ask for proof of postage or recorded delivery as we can not be responsible for items lost in the post. Please enclose invoice with package.

             Once you have placed an order withuse you can view it from the My Account  Section.
