Hairbomb delivers funky hair dye to all valid UK postcodes and to most European destinations.
We dispatch all orders received before midday Monday-Friday the same day. The only exception to this is if circumstances beyond our control occur. You will be notified when your item is dispatched.
We try to get orders that miss the cut off out the same day too, but this isn’t guaranteed. For this reason, our guideline is that orders confirmed after midday are dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed Saturday/Sunday are dispatched on Monday.
Standard orders are £2.99 no matter how many items you order. These are sent by Royal Mail First Class Delivery Service (1-3 working days delivery time).
Next Day orders are calculatd by the weight of the item. Please use our shipping calculator tool on the shopping bag page, to find out the exact cost of your order. Next Day orders are sent using Royal Mail Next Day Delivery Service (arrives before 1pm the following working day) and will need signing for.
Orders over £40 qualify for Free Delivery.
We are also aware of our environmental impact and reuse or recycle packaging whenever possible, so don't be alarmed if your parcel looks a little scruffy! If your item is a gift and your would prefer it sent in brand new packaging, just let us know by using the contact us form, or pop us an email on heya@hairbomb.com.
At Hairbomb we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. For this reason we make our returns policy very simple.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us in unused condition (items with seals must be unbroken) within 30 days for an exchange or refund.
Please note we are unable to refund postage costs unless the shipping error has been ours. It is always wise to ask for proof of postage or recorded delivery as we can not be responsible for items lost in the post. Please enclose invoice with package.
