Hairbomb favourite and one of my own personal hair icon’s, the gorgeous Kat Von D is reported to be losing her hair. The tattooed-beauty and LA Ink star, is said to be suffering hair loss, due to stress caused by her on-off relationship with professional douchebag (not just my opinion – trust me!) and West Coast Choppers CEO, Jesse James.

Friends of the 29-year-old star have said that Kat has taken to wearing wigs to cover up the bald patches that have started to appear. The hair loss is believed to be caused by stress over her tempestuous relationship with Sandra Bullocks ex-husband and the cancellation of her reality TV series.

A source told RadarOnline.com 'The combination of all the treatments she does to her hair and stress have finally caught up with her. She’s started ordering wigs along with the hair pieces and extensions she already uses…The stress of losing her hair is only stressing her out more and making it worse.'

Kat began dating Jesse after his high-profile split from the Oscar-winning actress after it was revealed he had been unfaithful, while she was filming movie-hit, The Blind Side. United by a mutual affection for tattoos, Kat and Jesse were engaged just 6 months after his divorce to Bullock was finalised, but the relationship has been far from smooth.

Two-months ago the engagement was called off amid reports that Jesse was back to his cheating ways and seeing another woman. The pair managed to reconcile, but Kat faced fresh heartache when her TV show LA Ink was cancelled. She took out her frustrations through twitter, tweeting: ‘I walked out because of your disrespectful intro you guys snuck in’.
