Pixie Geldof seems to be taken her hair inspiration from cartoons. Gone are the gorgeous elfin crops that she works so well and instead she has decided to emulate super-cute baby girl Pebbles from hit cartoon The Flinstones (minus the bone…for now, and plus the black roots).

 Now, there is no doubt Pixie is a gorgeous girl, after all she does model for Levis and Henry Holland. But, it does have to be said that she doesn’t rock the orange hair as well as Daphne from Scooby Doo, Milla Jovovich as Leeloo in The Fifth Element or even Pebbles herself. You might think I’m being a little bit harsh on poor Pixie, especially as I have chose a picture of her flashing her knickers. I simply picked the knicker-flashing picture to try and increase the male readership, that’s all; I certainly didn’t choose if because I thought it was hilarious.

 The truth is, I actually quite like the orange, black-roots thing she has going on. I love the way Pixie experiments with her hair, changing the colour and style; it is a great way for her to express her personality. Someone else who should be pleased about Pixie’s recent experimentation is sister Peaches. Luckily for Peaches, Pixie’s new hair has taken some of the focus off her recent weird behaviour. Earlier this month, Peaches was accused of shoplifting a dress and soon afterwards posed in a series of bizarre provocative pictures with her friends (presumably to take the heat off her attack of the Winonas).

 Who knows what colour Pixie will have to dye her hair next to take the focus of Peaches…I’m not sure there is a colour bright enough.
