We are ashamed to say that we let this slip through out usually pin sharp hair radar for over a month before we finally took notice after seeing it posted of a friends Facebook page, embarrassing I know. Our excuse is that we find Ke$ha slightly annoying so we having been paying as close attention to her hair-scapades as we should.

Well if you missed Ke$ha's dramatic hair change like we did, we thought we would do a little post on it, despite the fact that we are a little late. So anyway, Ke$ha is among the new brand of celebrity that are epic attention seekers, think Lady Gaga and the brilliantly bonkers Nicki Minaj, which, has led to some daring and, shall we say, interesting fashion choices.

Well in March of this year, Ke$ha certainly amped up the shock value with a rather unusual hair style. The Tik Tok singer shaved off a section of her blonde hair on the left side of her head and replaced it with studs...that's right, metal studs. We have no idea on how long the studs last, or if they are permanently pierced in there.

Although it wouldn't be a bad look for a Sci-Fi movie, set in a world full of punk cyborgs, we aren't sure about the metal studs as an everyday look. An interesting hair piece of innovative use of hair colour to create something a lot more effective, and less obviously attention-seeking.
